  • 1 large egg

1. Activate yeast

In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

2. Add wet ingredients

Stir in the yogurt, oil, and egg. Mix until well combined.

Add flour and salt. Mix with a spoon or dough hook until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Add a little more flour if it’s too sticky.

4. Let rise
