Pickle Bloody Mary Shot Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 2 ounces pickle juice (from your favorite pickles)
  • 2 ounces tomato juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt (optional)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Pickle spears or slices (for garnish)
  • Celery sticks (optional, for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Shot Glasses:

    • If desired, rim the shot glasses with celery salt by rubbing a lemon wedge around the rim and then dipping it into a plate of celery salt.
  2. Mix the Ingredients:

    • In a shaker or a mixing glass, combine the vodka, pickle juice, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt (if using), and black pepper.
  3. Shake:

    • Fill the shaker with ice and shake gently to combine the ingredients. You want to chill the mixture without over-diluting it.
  4. Strain and Serve:

    • Strain the mixture into shot glasses, filling each about three-quarters full.
  5. Garnish:
