Spicy Pickle Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or pickle juice for extra flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or hot sauce for extra heat

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced pickles, red onion, cherry tomatoes (if using), cilantro or parsley, and jalapeños.
  2. Make the Dressing:

    • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar (or pickle juice), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. If you like it spicier, add cayenne pepper or a few dashes of hot sauce.
